End User License Agreement
This EULA describes the license for using Manifestiva mobile applications and related app features.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use, Manifestiva grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
2. App store terms
For iOS users, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required by Apple. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. For Android users, Google Play terms and policies apply to download, purchase, and store-managed subscription behavior.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law allows it.
- Do not bypass entitlement, subscription, usage limit, security, or access control mechanisms.
- Do not use Manifestiva in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
4. Ownership
Manifestiva and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, website, brand, software, interface, and related materials. No rights are granted except the limited license described here.
5. Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, subscriptions, or continued access.
6. Termination
This license ends if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your devices. Certain terms continue after termination where needed to protect rights, enforce obligations, or comply with law.
