This Privacy Policy explains how Manifestiva collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use our mobile app, website, subscriptions, AI features, and support channels.
Manifestiva is a spiritual wellness, journaling, affirmation, visualization, and personal growth app. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, therapy, relationship, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee external outcomes.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Manifestiva, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, display name, preferred language, onboarding status, and account settings.
- Profile and personalization information such as goal category, desire text, why the desire matters, current block, desired energy, selected ritual tone, challenge length, and language preference.
- Manifestation content such as AI-generated plans, daily ritual days, affirmations, scripting prompts, visualization exercises, gratitude prompts, inspired actions, evening reflections, vision board captions, lock screen affirmations, and safety disclaimers.
- Journal content such as scripting responses, gratitude responses, reflection responses, mood, signs journal entries, angel numbers, dreams, symbols, and personal notes you choose to enter.
- Subscription information such as RevenueCat app user ID, product ID, entitlement status, store, renewal state, expiration date, and subscription event history. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
- Usage, diagnostics, and analytics data such as app events, feature usage, crash logs, device information, app version, operating system, language, installation identifiers, and coarse technical metadata.
- Support information such as messages you send us, privacy requests, account deletion requests, and purchase support correspondence.
2. How we use information
- To create, personalize, save, and sync manifestation plans, rituals, affirmations, journals, and signs entries.
- To generate AI content in your selected language and improve the safety, relevance, and quality of generated rituals.
- To authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and enable account deletion.
- To process, verify, restore, and sync subscription access through RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
- To enforce free usage limits, Pro entitlements, rate limits, fraud prevention, and security controls.
- To provide support, respond to requests, send service messages, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To monitor crashes, performance, product usage, and app reliability using privacy-conscious analytics and diagnostics.
- To comply with legal obligations, store review requirements, platform rules, and safety requirements.
3. AI features and sensitive content
When you ask Manifestiva to generate a plan, ritual, affirmation, journal reflection, or signs interpretation, the text you provide and relevant personalization fields may be sent to our backend and to configured AI infrastructure providers to generate a response. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or emotionally unsuitable for some users.
- Do not enter information you do not want processed for AI generation.
- Do not rely on Manifestiva for medical, legal, financial, mental health, crisis, or relationship safety decisions.
- If you include highly personal content in journal or desire fields, we process it only to provide and maintain the app features described in this policy.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate Manifestiva. These providers process information on our behalf or according to their own platform terms where applicable.
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend data.
- Vercel for hosting, serverless API routes, and application infrastructure.
- Google Cloud AI services, including Gemini or Vertex AI where configured, for AI generation.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, purchase sync, and subscription events.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing, purchase management, refunds, and cancellation controls.
- Sentry for crash reporting, diagnostics, and reliability monitoring.
- PostHog or similar analytics tools for product analytics when configured.
- Email and support tools when you contact us for help.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your journal entries, manifestation content, or personal goals. We may share information with service providers, app stores, legal authorities, or successors only when needed to operate the app, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect rights, or complete a business transfer.
6. Data retention
We keep account, journal, ritual, and subscription information for as long as needed to provide Manifestiva, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support purchase history, and maintain security. You may request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting support.
7. Account deletion
You can request deletion from Manifestiva settings or by emailing support@manifestiva.app. Deletion removes or anonymizes app account data where legally and technically possible. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple App Store or Google Play, because the stores control billing.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at support@manifestiva.app to make a request.
9. International transfers
Manifestiva and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and rely on service provider commitments to protect information transferred internationally.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No mobile app, website, or cloud service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device, email account, and app store account secure.
11. Children
Manifestiva is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Manifestiva evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
