1. Acceptance

By using Manifestiva, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What Manifestiva provides

Manifestiva is a personal growth and spiritual self-care app that helps users create manifestation rituals, affirmations, scripting prompts, visualization exercises, gratitude reflections, inspired actions, signs journal entries, and ritual history.

Manifestiva does not guarantee love, money, healing, career results, relationship outcomes, or any external event. Content is for reflection, mindset, journaling, habit formation, and spiritual self-care.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to use digital services in your location.
• You are responsible for keeping your device, email, app store account, and Manifestiva account secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting support.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

4. AI-generated content

Manifestiva may use AI systems to generate plans, daily rituals, affirmations, journal reflections, and signs interpretations. AI content may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any content.

• Do not use Manifestiva as a substitute for professional advice or emergency support.
• Do not use Manifestiva to make medical, legal, financial, safety, or relationship decisions.
• Do not request content that is abusive, deceptive, illegal, sexually exploitative, harmful, or intended to manipulate others.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Manifestiva Pro may be offered through weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription details, price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are controlled by the applicable store.

6. Free limits and Pro features

We may provide free access to limited rituals, affirmation cards, journal history, or other features. Free limits, trial availability, premium features, and Pro access rules may change over time. If RevenueCat or the relevant app store confirms an active Pro entitlement, the app should unlock Pro features according to the current product configuration.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the desire text, journal entries, signs notes, and other content you submit. You grant Manifestiva a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the app.

You are responsible for content you enter. Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates law, exposes private information of others without permission, or creates safety risks.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with Manifestiva systems.
• Do not bypass paywalls, entitlement checks, usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not use Manifestiva to generate unlawful, harassing, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, affiliation, subscription status, or account identity.

9. Intellectual property

Manifestiva, including its app design, brand, software, prompts, generated interface elements, website, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Manifestiva except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

10. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion from app settings or by emailing support@manifestiva.app. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

11. Disclaimers

Manifestiva is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, guaranteed personal growth results, specific external outcomes, or compatibility with every device or region.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifestiva and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the app or website.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Manifestiva after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
