Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the app settings or by emailing support@manifestiva.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject when possible.
Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To stop renewal, cancel from your app store account subscription settings. Deleting the app or Manifestiva account does not cancel a store-managed subscription.
Restore purchases
If you purchased Manifestiva Pro but do not see access in the app, open the paywall or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email support with your platform, app version, and approximate purchase date. Do not send full payment card details.
Refunds
Apple and Google control payment processing and refunds for in-app purchases. Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information, email support@manifestiva.app with enough information for us to verify and process the request.
